Is there any chance to get a single TAPI Plugin (or Multi-Line-TAPI) running on Win7-32Bit
Unfortunately, due to our software-development software we can't update to Win10 yet.

Multiline TAPI only runs in 64 bits operating systems. So if you're running a 32 bits version of Windows, it will not be installed.

You would need an old 3CXPlugins installer to get the old single line TAPI service provider... Send me a private message or open a support ticket to get further information.
