Sink 3CX Web Client Profile Image to Yealink T48G / T48S Phones

Is there a way to sink a user's 3CX web client profile Image to all of the Yealink phones (T48G and T48S) in my phone system that have the user's extension as a custom speed dial or BLF saved as one of there Busy Lamp Fields (BLF).
