Solved sip-alg-detector.3cx.com is not reachable

Hello,

I tried firewall checker and was wondering about SIP-ALG test hast failed. After Capturing Ethernet Communication I recognized, that my NAT router can't reach the 3CX system with IP 151.80.125.98. Event pings from various systems (different ISP) failed.

Could you please approve that the system is down? And maybe get ist up and running again?

The service is running as expected from our end. PING is not not allowed to the service endpoint.

Thank You very much for this information. I found and solved the problem. Somehow in the passed I configured an item in the Fritz!Box that I usually do not change.
