Good Day,

One of our older 3CX Servers has a Generic SIP as when it was setup, the SIP provided by the vendor was not validated. It is listed as official today, so I want to swap over to the "approved" SIP trunk and settings.

I looked for a document on how to swap over to a new SIP and came up dry. There also appears to be little in the way of Export \ Import on the SIP. It there such a procedure documented?

Thanks.

Hello Drain,
Since it's supported now, why don't you delete the old trunk and re-add it by going to your Admin Console-> Voice & Chat -> +Add Trunk and chose the proper provider, as the template will be assigned directly from the PBX (As it's a supported provider).

you will have to set your Outbound Rules and configure the DID where that provider was initially used earlier, just make sure its a Supported SIP Trunk Provider .

Thanks @Abdulla Rabeea 2 I know the process of setting a SIP up. I was wondering if there was a process or utility to copy the DID/DDI over rather than having the type in 400+ DID/DDI manually. Cheers.

Export from inbound rules report.

Reimport using this CSV format (no need for headers): did, name, destination
