sip diversion header

Hi,

We are using 3CX phone system 12 SP6. I need to be able to send the diversion header in the sip invite. I've been reading that this should be possible if you specify it in the forwarding rules of the extension. However, this was always with previous versions. I cannot find this option in version 12. Also I do not see it in the outbound parameters of the VOIP provider options.
Where can I enable this?

Hi,

setup a DID to route the call directly to the extension you want ( not through an IVR, Ring Group or Queue ) and then go onthe Forwarding Rules of the extension.
On the Away/Out of Office status >> Forward external calls to>> An external number or Skype ID, and after you select this option you will see the option 302 Diversion Header to be activated.
