Hi all,
i just updated my pbx from v15.5 to v16.

Everything is fine except the configuration of a "sip id" in a particular extension.
The current configuration was working in the previous version of the pbx.

I have extension "0009" with a SIP ID "9" with status set to "Away". The status "away" redirects call to a queue "8002".

now when i call "9" it says "temporarily unavailabe", looking in log files i see that the call is routed to the external gateway. (uniqe outboud rule "Call from extensions -> 0000-9999,MakeCall -> gateway"

What am I missing?

Please help me!

Best regards

Is "9" used as a prefix in your outbound rules, with no number length specified?

no, the outbound rule is very simple, i attach the image of the configuration.
No changes was made to anything before or after the update.

I understand there is a bug (or maybe a fix) in v16 that under Network -> FQDN -> "Allow calls from/to external SIP URIs" needs to be enabled.

I think the bug was in v15.5 and the corrected behaviour is in v16

I would think an @ is an external SIP. Just a number - it's internal - but whatever.
