The question is how adjust RTP ports to include this range? Using 3CX 15.0.62928.5.

You don't need to adjust anything.
Provider may use UDP ports 10000-20000 (probably an Asterisk), your 3CX PBX -- 9000-9255.

Make sure you have forwarded ports correctly through your router and make sure 3CX firewall checker passes tests.

Port forward 10000:20000 to 9000:9225
Or
Just a simple port forward

Hi kalvik,

The 3CX system phone works on the range of ports 9000-9255, so you need to open that ports to work properly your system. A simple port forward to your system. The range that mentioned above is used from other system probably from asterisk.

Port forward 10000:20000 to 9000:9225
This will not work, sorry.

On 3CX you need to forward destination address: port (public address: port) to local address of 3CX: port, in 1:1 relation -- port 9000 to 9000, 9001 to 9001, ... You need to test it afterwards with 3CX firewall checker.
Ports in the range 10000-20000 are source ports (bound to source address of the other PBX / VoIP provider), not destination ports for traffic coming to 3CX.

That may be suspicious to provider. Imagine that ATA from provider is using that (first) range. We really need per trunk port range override?

I have the same issue with my VoIP Provider. According to them the 3CX send RTP traffic under the UDP port 9000~9255... and it has to be on the range 10000~20000, is there something to do on the 3CX.?
