SIP Provisioning Password Incorrect Error

Hi! So I was trying to provision mine Cisco CP-8851 (non 3PCC) by using sip details from mine 3CX ext. numer on PBX and everything was fine, I typed the data (account login and password) to SEP file on TFTP server to make this phone work but it didn’t connected to the server, while I was checking the settings I seen the information that mine phone IP got banned for typing incorrect password every time but I copied and pasted the password from 3CX website. The same problem is on sip softphones but when I tried connect 3CX softphone to PBX it worked.
