I'm fairly new to 3Cx, Its installed on a Win 2016 server, we have infrequent errors where you are not able to make outgoing calls. I'm able to login at remotely at the time the issue occurs
Router is a Draytek 2952 and the SIP Provider is a local supplier. When the issue occurs, the sip provider has resolved, his side. I believe this is an issue in their comms, they suggested that we change the ISP line to the 2nd line our side, however i don't feel that this wil make a differece.
