SIP TAPI Outlook and 3CX

I've installed SIP TAPI for outlook dialing and it seems to "try" and call however the call doesn't go through.

The log is as follows:

18:38:01.663 CallConf:nIncoming [CM003002] Call(131): Destination not available for call from sip:[email protected] to sip:[email protected]

18:38:01.663 CallConf::Rejected [CM103005] Call(131) is rejected: Destination does not exist, or is not registered

18:38:01.616 CallConf:nIncoming [CM103002] Call(131): Incoming call from 100 (Ext.100) to sip:[email protected]

Any ideas???

check your windows dialing properties. It may be calling something with or without the desired prefixes.

is that extension 100 a hard phone? it looks like its saying it is not registered, make sure that is the phone you want the call to come thru on.

Any ideas how to get this to work?
