Hello All,
I have a SIP trunk setup (w/your preferred supported SIP trunk provider)
To use my Grandstream PBX with the SIP trunk here the instructions say I need to use a Bridge
(https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/connecting-pbx-bridges/)
-however, when I try to add a Bridge, I’m getting a pop-up ‘Feature is only available in Pro/Enterprise’ (see screenshot)
-under the xxxx.mn.3cx.us I upgraded it to Pro (one year free ver)
-even after upgrade I’m still getting pop-up
From my account login, it shows Pro
Am I correct in order to use my Grandstream UCM6202 PBX I need to add in the Bridge?
-if so, is the above here correct?
-does it look like I have Pro installed? (it shows it...)
-or, am I missing something key here?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
-Ronald
