An existing 3CX customer has signed up with Call Hero for analytics. I can see in the SIP Trunk config where to forward all calls to the primary trunk DID to the Call Hero assigned number. However when Call Hero re-route the calls back to the second 3CX DID for the customer how can I set those calls to route to a Ring Group? Do I need to create a second SIP Trunk with the second DID set as primary and route to the Ring Group? Or can one trunk handle two DIDs with different inbound parameters assigned to them?

3CX Version, Professional 18.3.461
Server OS, Debian
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted by 3CX Reseller
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Grandstream GXP2160
Provisioning Method: SBC
Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, NetVault SIP Trunk
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Hi @hostcake

One trunk can handle 2 DIDs and route calls to different destinations using inbound rules.
You can find more info on how to configure inbound rules here and here
