We have two SIP Trunks set up on a single 3CX server using an Enterprise License.
Before adding a new SIP Trunk, it can be used conveniently.
All SIP trunks come from a single SIP provider.
When we use the new SIP Trunk on the 3CX Server, the old SIP Trunk can be used properly for inbound / outbound calls and the new SIP Trunk can't used for inbound / outbound calls.
Could you please check and assist with this issue?

yes, we have 2 interfaces on 3CX server and SIP gateway IP are same.
we will check with our SIP provider on this issue.

The 3cx should have only one interface!

You can use as many Sip trunks with one interface as you want.

Can use two SIP Trunks with one Interface?
Do you mean two SIP trunks, using the same parameters, to the same provider?

If so, do they not support DIDs on the same trunk? Or, would there be some other reason?

A single SIP Trunk have two DIDs and we have Two SIP Trunks.
3CX server has two network cards, and all IP and Gateway addresses are same.

What is the reason for having two network cards? There is not normally any duplication of network addresses. Do both network cards go to a public IP, or does one go to a "local" providers interface device?

Disable one of the network cards.
Upgrade to version 20.
