Dear All,
mainly we deploy 3CX with SIP-trunk Registration based. This process is well known and when the trunk lost the registration, we can trigger an e-mail alert to be notified that SIP-trunk has an issue, what is really helpfull.
Today we are setting up a new instance with a local SBC(provider SBC) and SIP-trunk IP-based. Basically once the trunk is set on 3CX, the status become immediatly green, indepently if the trunk is running or not.
My question here, is, is there a way to activate an option or something on the trunk configuration, on 3CX, to make a regular check of this SIP-trunk IP-based availability?
Like SIP-Options or call loop test, to be informed via e-mail alert, if the SBC become unavailable?
thank you for your ideas or your help on this question.
