SIP Trunk Outbound Parameters

Hi,

How can i configure in 3CX, that the SIP Header (Values for INVITE, CONTACT, FROM, TO and P-Preferred-Identity) for outgoing calls is sent in following format:


INVITE sip:[email protected];user=phone SIP/2.0
Allow: PRACK,ACK,CANCEL,BYE,SUBSCRIBE,NOTIFY,INVITE,REFER,OPTIONS,PUBLISH,INFO,UPDATE,REGISTER
Call-ID: ...
Contact: <sip:[email protected]>
Content-Type: application/sdp
CSeq: 615 INVITE
From: <sip:[email protected];user=phone>;tag=...
Max-Forwards: 70

Hi @comfident outbound parameters must be configured based on the voip provider needs, if you are using an unsupported voip provider you will have to contact them. More information about outbound calls please click here.

We always recommend using a supported voip provider where you will be able to use the template designed for the specific voip provider, so outbound and parameters will be configured automatically.
