Sip Trunk Provider in Jamaica ?

Hello Everyone
Hope everyone is doing well and thank you for checking in. i m in the need of sip trunks from Jamaica.
Why : Because right now they are paying long distance to the current provider in Canada and also sometimes WhatApp do not work properly and customer needs to call directly to Jamaica.

Look at Islandtel for Jamaica. However it’s brought to customers as on Prem via their sbc so only works with 3cx on Prem with double nic. Or cloud 3cx with site to site vpn.

Hello CentrexJ Thank you for the reply , so if i understand correclty in my case since i have 3cx system hotsed by ecx in the cloud , i have to spin another instance in the area of Jamaica and link the sip trunk to that and link that 3cx instance with the one from Canada here ?

Yes. Since they are far away you might be best using a bridge between the two countries. Reach out to Island tell and see what they say. My Customer who had a Jamaica location shut it down last year and only have their Canadian location now. But the Islandtel trunk worked well with 3cx on Prem with double nic.
