SIP Trunk Register OK & Failed Register Same Date/Time

I'm using Flowroute and in the management console it always shows the "register ok" and "last failed register" date & time to be the same. The SIP trunk appears to work fine, but it makes me a little nervous that it's saying the SIP trunk is ok and it has failed at the same time. Does this mean something or is this a bug?

Hi,

Not necessarily an issue, but you can (for peace of mind) disable the trunk, start a capture (from another tab) and then re enable it. Once the registration completes, stop the capture and analyze it to see why the first attempt appears to fail.
