Currently trying to change the DID for my SIP Trunk and it wont let me change it. It's saying that number is already in use, but it isnt. I have gone through every digital receptionist, ring group, user, and inbound rule looking for where the DID might be being used.....Any insight to helping fix my issue?

Hi @Tommy1

Is this a DID or is it the main trunk number of the trunk? How are you trying to change it exactly? Are you trying to edit it or delete it?

Sorry, yes it is the Main SIP trunk number. I am going into SIP Trunk, Flowroute (my provider), route calls to, editing the number there to the new number i want in there.

What exactly is the error you are getting? Can you send as a screenshot without revealing the number?
Also what PBX version are you running?

Are you trying to replace it with an existing DID by any chance?

You need to delete the 0200 DID from the DIDs tab and save the trunk. Then go back in and replace the main trunk number with it. Then you can add the 0230 as a DID again.

This happens because the system already sees the 0200 DID in your DIDs list and it thinks you are trying to re-add it
