SIP TRUNK UAE

Hello,

We are a Swiss company and one of our customers with offices in Dubai would like to have a SIP trunk with UAE numbers on our 3CX system.

Currently our 3CX system is hosted in our Cloud in Switzerland, the customer has a VPN from Dubai with our Datacenter.

Can anyone recommend a VOIP provider?

Yes its do able. In UAE, SIP Trunk are provided on-premise on private network. with SBC can route to call to your 3CX via IPSEC VPN Tunnel.

if you have concern on latency then we can propose, locally hosted 3cx (in Dubai Data-center or customer premises) and bridge or sip-trunk to 3CX Cloud in Switzerland. so local calls will be good for Dubai office staff.
