SIP trunk unable to connect

Hi,

Our client uses astraqom sip trunk provider, the previous version of 3cx had generic profile to configure,

But in the new portal, I don't see it, if to support astraqom , which profile we can use and is it compatible with astraqom?

It should be under the Generic country.
