I have a sip trunk which authorizes me by my IP. When i am adding my voip provider, I am selecting generic sip trunk form the list. IN the manual it says that if you select 'generic sip trunk' that 'authentication id' and 'authentication password' will be grayed out because they are not applicable. However, they are not gray and I am getting a pop up message requiring me to enter this data. Any suggestion as to how to get around this? Thank you.
