I'm using 3CX for about 1 month, and all was ok.
In common I have 6 SIP trunks, and all were workung well
But from today, 2 of 6 SIP trunks stopped receiving calls suddenly
SIP account able to receive calls if I config it via MicrosSIP
I shut down 3CX, boot up FreePBX (my old SIP Server (which I migrated from) also receiving calls on those 2 SIP trunks

Please help me to troubleshoot issue and find core problem

Did you contact your provider to discuss this matter and see if they are actually sending the calls to the IP of the 3CX System or maybe it is send to the other system that you mentioned above as it registered there too?
Did the IP of the 3CX System changed by any chance?

Nope
3CX has the same LAN IP as the old SIP server, and behind the same Firewall which has SDWAN with 2 WAN ip addresses
And no, i didnt contact with provider, because I afraid they'd ask me to register SIP account via 3party softphones and it would work,

Since this is a supported trunk, you could open a ticket with us and we can have a look the captures and logs for the registrations with the provider as well as for the incoming calls.

Unfortunately it is NOT Supportted Trunk
There is supported trunk for Azerbaijan :(((
I do captues, and no logs or a call. Like my celular phone not hitting 3CX. no data when I capture (((

So am I right, if no logs in wireshark about the call, this means VoiP Provider somehow blocks 3CX .... somehow, despite the fact thet trunks are UP and registered

If there are no logs, for incoming calls, showing in Wireshark, or, the 3CX Activity log, then the provider is not sending the Invite to you. Unfortunately, you will probably have to ask them why this is happening. If it is because they see the trunk registering as a 3CX PBX, and don't like that, then you might be able to change the User Agent (outbound trunk parameters) to something "acceptable", if that is the issue. It may be something else entirely, you won't be certain unless you talk to them.

It is so hard to talk to them ((((
ANyway thanks fr replies

for sure if nothing comes in when you call the numbers from your trunk, then you have no other choice to ask your SIP provider

3CX has the same LAN IP as the old SIP server, and behind the same Firewall which has SDWAN with 2 WAN ip addresses
Check that 3CX is using the correct WAN IP address. If you are registering through one IP and receiving calls through another that might be an issue. Run a capture on your Firewall to see if the calls are hitting either of your IPs.

An issue was fixed after talking to Provider. As it turned out, they were blocking udp/5060 toward us.
They couldn't explain why this happened...

We are glad to hear that the source of the issue is found and resolved!
