Greetings,

It is possible to, if anyone calls My sip Trunk A automatically forward to SIP Trunk B.
 
In a nutshell...you'd have to route the incoming calls to an extension, which is in turn forwarded to the desired number, using the other trunk.

Have your carrier forward the calls.
