Hi All,
I have 3CX Free version installed on a Windows XP SP 2 machine and am using X-Lite softphones for testing. My PC has unlimited access out on internet and has a fully NAT-ed IP through Cisco PIX firewall (so all incoming ports are open).
Calls internally are fine.
Calls going out are fine.
Calls coming in, however, is a different story.
When placing an incoming call from a seperate PSTN system (landline or mobile) I receive sipgate anouncement of caller unavailable after a very long pause (around 60 secs) and get the following message in 3CX log;
(edited to remove info)
11:10:09.309 Endpoint::findSource: Can not find source by following specs: From: 'calling number'; To: 'sipgatenumber'; Rline: 'sipgate id'; Contact: 'calling number'
This entry appears twice, around 15 ms apart.
Any ideas?
