I set up my installation with my Sipphone.com account and then purchased a virtual number. I also registered my new wireless UTStarcomm F3000 phone as an extension. All seems to work well of what I have tried so far.

My question is how do I check voicemail from an extension? I do receive a wave attachment from my Exchange server which is nice.

Thanks

To access you voicemail you need to dial 999 from any extension, then you will be asked the extension number that you wish to access voicemail to. Then the PIN configured for that extension. After you do this, you are now in the voicemail menu.

Have in mind that in the configuration page for that particular extension, the voicemail must be enabled. There is a Voice Mail Configuration part for every extension and this must be configured appropriately.

Also have in mind that in the General Settings page, you must provide the pbx with the IP or FQDN of your email server to handle the vmail being attached to an email.
