SIPURA 3000 GATEWAY REGISTRATION PROBLEM

I have a sipura 3k with a FXO enable port. I created on the 3cx box a new PSTN line with the sipura gateway, but it doesn

Do you have a firewall enabled at 3CX box? If yes. Please try to temporary disable it.

LOL, that happens everynow and then.

If you are sure that the authentication details are correct but the line does not register try this.

Configure 3CX first for this line.
Then use the authentication details from 3CX and enter them in the PSTN line Subscriber section.

Then do a reboot, either by removing the power or using
For some reason 3CX must be configured first and then the SPA3102 Subscriber details.


It is a rare issue but see if the above helps, it helped for me a few times.
