Skype For Business Integration 3CX Client is not up to date

Hi,

I was testing the Skype for business integration as shown in the docs: https://www.3cx.com/docs/skype-for-business-integration/
The 3CX For Windows Client Version is: 16.0.1.81
3CX Server Version: 16.0.1581
However the plugin does not install, it states that the 3CX client is not up to date as shown below:



Has anyone been able to work with the 3CX Skype For Business with v16

I've been checking this internally, and there have been changes regarding the Skype for Business integration in v16.

Now the Skype for Business integration is bundled inside the 3CXPhone for Windows installer:
https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneforWindows16.msi

When you install 3CXPhone for Windows v16, the installer detects if you have Skype for Business installed, and in that case automatically adds what's needed for this integration to work.

However, yf you installed 3CXPhone for v15 and then upgraded using the auto update, the latest installer doesn't run and you will not have this feature. So in this case, you will need to uninstall 3CXPhone and then reinstall it from the link above. That should automatically enable the integration.
