Skype For Business Office365 and 3CX

We are using Skype for Business on E3 licenses, and we have 3CX as our PBX. Our phones are a mix of Yeahlink and Cisco

Is there some way to connect skype for business users with users on 3cx? Like, when using the the voice feature in skype to ring on phone?

Take a look at this from 2009. I have not tested this - but the SIP URI is going to be key on the 3cx system. I don't know if this article is still relevant with all of the Skype updates and Microsoft acquisition.
