managed to get skype all connected and working well kinda. when someone calls via skype the phones ring however when they are picked up i can hear the other person then the call drops after 27 seconds as the 3cx where skype is installed doesnt pick the call up itself. if i manuely click answer on the 3cx server the calls last as long as it should . what have i done worng.
