I have a remote locations that is set-up as a Slave via 3CX Bridge. I have no issue making and receiving phone calls from extensions, but cannot get calls from the Slave to go out the Master's Trunks for calls.

The call log on the Master shows the 11 digit number (i.e. 15085555555), but the call fails.

Is this possible?

Probably a caller ID issue since the bridge sends the original CID (meaning, the extension number.)

Also, make sure your outbound rules are not filtering on ext groups or ranges, and if they do, you need one "catch all" at the bottom that can allow anyone.

Check the Activity Log to see if there is something useful in the error message, from your provider, as to why the calls are failing. If it is, in fact, a caller ID issue (attempting to send something the provider rejects), you could create a second outbound route that is just for calls from the bridge. You'd have to prefix the outbound numbers coming over the bridge, so that the new rule would be used. In that rule, define the main PBX number (or something that won't be rejected) as the caller ID.

Thank you, that did the trick.
