Small Windows application interfaced with the web application (the strongest of each)

you want to upgrade the web application first and at the expense of the Windows application. That can be understood.

My remarks about the web application are :

1. if the page is not open, we do not receive the call or the chat message
2. no interface with dll (USB status light, headset management, etc ...)

why do not develop a small Windows App that takes the strongest of each system while remaining very simple:

1. no access to the different functions, just shortcuts to the different page of the webclient
2. windows notifications in incomming call with possibility to pick up directly (the sound being managed like the current Windows app)
3. automatic opening webapp in case of chat or incomming call
4. support for external dll like the current Windows app
5. the Windows App would be easier to maintain
   
   

I think it will be a good idea for Windows App users

What do you think about it ?
