I am trying to reinstall the 3CX SBC ISO from scratch from a USB drive onto a different Intel NUC I have. I keep getting the error message "3cx sbc download failed to retrieve the preconfiguration file" during install. Upon searching the forum, I see that this was previously seen to be an issue. I am not using any proxies or limitations on my network and is not being blocked. I am able to download the Debian ISO and install the SBC this way but see there may be future update issues with Debian using this pathway. Does the pathway on the ISO need to be updated or is there something else I am missing?

The 3CX ISO needs to be able to connect to the internet or it will fail with errors like this.

Make sure it has a valid IP (via DHCP or static) and that you aren't blocking outbound connections.

Thanks. Outbound connections aren't blocked. I tried both DHCP and static setting DNS to both 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 and neither worked. It's weird because I can download and install the Debian updates through an ISO fine.
