SMB MoH unavailable - request to add

Request: I have a request that custom MoH be added to the SMB edition.

Reasoning: I serve a dozen franchisees (some 3-6 employees where SMB would be perfect, some 15+ that must use pro) where the corporate headquarters requires a corporate MoH. I hardly think that a custom MoH is a PRO edition defining feature. I understand the desire to cut down on support and provide a simple setup for SMB, but MoH?!? Besides, MoH is NOT mentioned as a feature (as far as I could find) for the PRO edition, so it is only by trial and error that I discover this non-starter issue. I also understand that not every feature is listed in the features/pricing page, but that seems a pretty critical one to leave out. Now, I have wasted a free year SMB license for a customer that could really use it (and it helps ease the transition of their VOIP solution), but that's on me for not starting it as a trial first! Not all is lost, I will use it for testing purposes to discover capabilities/limitations and chalk it up to lessons learned.

I digress...any chance 3CX might consider adding MoH to SMB?

For the SMB there is no option to change the global MoH but you do have option to use a custom for the Queues.
