SMB Outbound Rule By Extension

Hello, I would like to set a different outbound rule for each user (the goal is that each user has a different caller ID). The issue is that the input 'Calls from extension(s)' is disabled, as shown in the following screenshot:

What am I doing wrong?

I would recommend that you instead use the CID field per user instead of outbound rules per user. The outbound rule, if left blank in the CID field, will use the extension CID if defined.
