SMS - Alphanumeric

Microsoft MFA text messages have stopped coming through. Other SMS messages come through with no issue. We have rebooted the PBX and also have 'automatically close conversations over than 1 day' enabled.

I can't see anyone who has taken the chat and our SMS provider (Telnyx) is showing the SMS as delivered to the correct webhook.

I think I have narrowed it down to inbound SMS from an Alphanumeric 'number'

Going through the logs I have found this: Received request with invalid 'from' address: 'Alphanumeric'. Do I need to allow inbound alphanumeric?

Confirming we are also seeing this since v18 update 8 with both Microsoft and Google MFA codes through Telnyx as described in my thread:
