We are facing some SMS delivery issue with phone/IOS application.
We are have one Call queue(#811) to which we route our SMS and there are three members of this with Extension 201, 202, 203.
The problem is that if 201 send one SMS to external number and then transfer that chat to 811 queue so that everyone know about that running chat and then he chat is visible to other two members(202, 203) but got disappeared from 201 although 201 is also member of queue 811. Please suggest any work around.
