Solved SMS Contact Names Not Showing?

I am using 3CX v18 SMS with Telnyx. I have a contact in the "company contacts" section of 3CX. When a text is sent to or received from this number the webclient just shows the number on the side bar of conversations rather than the actual contact name.

Why is this and how can this be fixed to show the contact name rather than just the number?

Self resolved.. had to go into the contact settings to fix this.
