SMS is not shown for the whole group

We have a 3CX system version 20 latest. Using Linux Debian latest.

We have 4 groups that contain many numbers each.
When customers send SMS to one of the numbers, the whole group sees the whole conversation and is able to respond.
The problem is that when a user initiates the SMS to the customer, the whole group is not able to see that conversation at all.
The users are using only Group numbers.

Any ideas?

This is expected as this is the default behavior of the PBX. When an extension initiates an SMS, the SMS is assigned to them and only that extension can see the conversation, and this is not something that can be changed.

Is there a way the users can transfer this to the Group after sending it somehow?

I am afraid this is not possible.

I understand that this is the design, but for Teams working together, it's a miss, in my opinion.
