We're testing a new trunk with a "generic" provider (that being Commio,) and I cannot get SMS working. I've worked with my voip liaison and they've given me the correct URL and API Key, but messages are failing to send and be received. Please see the following image:
The first line is my outside number texting my Commio number and it appears to be hitting the pbx, but I'm not sure why the information won't get passed on. As for texting out from my 3cx, not sure if this is a provider related issue. To confirm, I am using the E164 format. Any insight that can be provided would be much appreciated!
