Thank you ESS. I now able to use our smtp server with authentication. Although as you indicated it will not work with TLS (SSL).

was having the same issue and removed the username & password and it worked fine... strange because i need them for outlook.

Since your SMTP server need not smtp authorization.

Does anyone know if you can send SMTP emails using SSL ? My ISP has blocked port 25 and is using 465 and requires an SSL connection.
