Snom 320 Directory List in a mess

Hi Guys,

Good day everyone. I would like to ask some help/advice on how can i fix a mess Directory list of the Snom320 connected to 3CX v8.

I've tried forcing a list through web interface but after sometime, every thing is in a mess again.

I'll appreciate any input and thanks in advance.
