Snom 320 Unsupported media type

I have just installed my 3cx system and i think it is great. I have 5 extensions with Xlite and USB phones and I have just purchased two Snom 320 phones for the boss and reception. I have configured and set them up correctly (I thought ). They can make outside calls with no problem. However when I try to dial an internal extension eg"12" I get "unsupported media type" and the following server log

I also cant make internal calls from the other extensions to the Snom 320s and I get an error saying extension unavailable

Does anyone have any clues??

Make sure that secure RTP is switched of on the Snom phones.
