Hi,
I'm using 3CX 9 sp2 with a snom 370 f/w 8.4.18
For that Snom 370, I configured a BLF that points to another extension (in 3CX's extensions settings). When that extension makes a phone call, the BLF's lights up (which is normal). The strange part is that on the LCD screen, I see the number that the person dialed in the following format:
VOIP provider's username, a black losange, dialed phone number.
On the bottom of the screen, I can press Ok or Cancel. If I press Ok, I take the call (!!!), if i press cancel, the screen goes back to normal and the BLF stays on until the person hangs up.
On a Snom 320, I don't have this problem. Everything works the way it should work.
Is there an option on the Snom 370's interface to change this behavior ?
Thank you
