Snom 760 mapping an Action URL to a BLF key

Evening... I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction here.

I'm looking to setup a SNOM 760 to access a video stream from a door entry system. I know this needs to be configured within a custom template, as I've done this before on the same system, but when it was running 3CX V14, but we're moving the client to V16 and the old template doesn't work and actually causes the handset to reboot itself in a loop.

I've attached a section from the existing XML template from V14, where the Action URL is listed and the same section from the new V16 template.

Can anyone tell me the correct syntax to make this BLF key so that it survives a handset reprovision?

Hi,

Not sure what your action URL does, but have you tried simply using a Custom Speed Dial, without modifying the templates?

The phone will map it to a BLF key
