Solved Snom D710 on V16 SP4 cloud PBX

Hi,
just for testnow I've set a snom D710 behind SBC linked to V16SP4 PBX on OVH cloud instance.

Phone is in latest firmware available for this phone 8.9.3.96, but is seen as 710 as D710 doesn't exist in 3CX phone choice.



Default template used is from 93617 file version.

Phone is not displaying button to access call list for lost, answered .... instead I Have a PARAM button . When a voice mail is coming specific button on phone turns red, that's ok, but when i push this button it display Emergency call but reach really the voice mail.

Voice mail number is default 999, if i dial this number I got the same emergency call displayed.

I've already factory reset the phone twice and reprovision with no change.
Is this a known problem in FW or template for this Snom model?

new info, if I change number set to 999 to 333 and reprovision phones then this emergency call disappear.
I 've re set it to default 999 and this is coming back.
Of course I've no 999 emergency number as you can see in pbx

Provisioning seems to be ok, I don't get the PARAM button

Arrows left/right are received/missed calls respectively.

Emergency call notification is hardcoded into Snom when dialling 999, please ignore that.

i got this on mine but only on D710 on other model this is "Liste" button at same location

Is this something related to this specific Snom phone, as none of others I have display that.
Very weird as after my test with 333 instead of 999, I re set as default 999 and this time I didn't reprovision but done a complete power off, since reboot this is no more displayed with emergency call when 999 dialed or with tape button.

I see, yes this is normal on both the English and French provisioning.

Same in712,715

My phone is D710 not 710, but no choice for this one in 3cx phones templates only 710

Ok for now problem is fixed, so you can change thread to Solved
