Snom D717 Provisioning Issue

• 3CX Version, Enterprise Annual 16.0.676
• Server OS Debian GNU/Linux 9
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Datacenter as VM (KVM based)
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware SNOM/D717/10.1.46.16
• Provisioning Method: SBC
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

We're noticing the same Issue as in https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/bug-snom-d745-template.69739/#post-307628

Also, on each reprovisioning, the configurations for audio and ringtones are reset to default.

When can we expect a new working template?

Basically we recognizing the following issue:
The 3CX-Logo isn't shown anymore, because SNOM changed the way, it displays the Background-Picture (doesn't need to be resized anymore) -> For us not bad, because we're using already our own logo.
Also, the on-screen buttons on the left show its screen-informations only when there is a active call:

Last but not least: If you change your Audio-Settings (Volume, Ringtone,...) these changes are replaced by the default one, at the next provisioning.

The new Snom template should be published now and fixes the BLFs on the right hand side not appearing. There will be no default logo provisioning in this edition but if you use Enterprise Edition you can upload your own custom logo via the management console.

I would suggest to update your PBX to V16 Update 4 which is now also officially published.

With all due respect. In the last versions there were so many bugs (and releasing a phone firmware without a template check is part of it) that I will wait at least half a year...
