3CX Server Details:
- Windows 10 Pro, with 3CX Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release).
- Win firewall is turned off for all networks on this machine

Phone Details:
Snom D735, firmware version 10.1.175.10

Situation:

I was able to luck out and one single phone provisioned a week ago by changing the setting_server parameter in the phone's UI to https://x.x.x.x/provisioning/xxxxxxxxx/cfg{mac}.

That phone is still registered, and can make inbound/outbound calls.

However, it will not take any config changes done via the management console. It won't respond to clicking 'reprovision', but 'reboot' will trigger eventually.

All new phones out of the box will fail to provision, even when updating the setting_server in the phone's UI to match the server's "provisioning_url_local" paremeter.

Folowing snom's guides for autoprovisioning, I have tried all of the default secure snom provisioning urls, with no luck either.

All that's left for me to do is provision these phones and get them on to the client's desks.

Please advise.

Thank you so much,

https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/ shows 10.1.175.0 (not .10) have you tried that?

Are these phones on the same network as the server?

What do you mean by "all networks" on the server?
Great question on the firmware. The only version I could find in Snom's firmware page was .10. The 3cx Management Console shows "upgrade available" to .0, but all attempts to upgrade via the console fail, actually they don't even trigger an action on the phones. I manually applied the 10.1.175.10 from the phone's UI, because the console's functions seem to not have any affect on the handsets.

By "all networks" I mean that Windows Defender Firewall is disabled on both Private and Public networks for the server.

Also, I had found the .bin file on 3CX's site for 10.1.175.0. That is firmly in place in the following folder on the server:
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\*******\firmware_new\snom

But I'm not certain how to apply that.
