SNOM D785 Provisioning Issues

We recently deployed 8 new SNOM D785 phones behind an SBC, Only 2 showed up on the phones tab, I had to run nmap to find the other 6. My question is, is this something with the phone or 3cx?

Hi Christopher,

Provided that they are running the supported firmware and they have been freshly reset, they should all appear.

Sometimes network equipment may block multicast messages from certain ports or subnets, so make sure this is not what is happening. You may have to run a capture on the SBC NIC itself to ascertain that. If they arrive there then the SBC should see them: ip.dst==224.0.1.75

Thanks, as for the firmware all were out of date from the box, and I was able to update once provisioned.

If you reset them now, I expect they should broadcast their SUBSCRIBE message to 224.0.1.75
If they still don't then you need to check what I mentioned above.
