Snom D785 recording button on the phone

Good Afternoon everyone, on the Snom D785 there is a button look like a recorder.
How to activate it to use the recording feature? I am using the enterprise version.

this is not a recorder, this is access to Voicemail box, when a message is in your VM then it becomes red to signal you have a voice mail.

I just know. I create a button on the phone for recording. It is working. But on the phone LED, it did not display start/stop recording.
Anyone know how to configure to display recording status on the LED of the phone?

It sounds like you are talking about a local recording feature on the Snom. As such, that's something 3CX can't help you with because it's a local (SNOM D785) feature and not a 3CX feature.

No, it is not local recording. I setup a buttom on the Snom phone to trigger recording to 3CX. It works. I can see the recording on the web portal. But when I press recording, I don't see any indication on the phone screen about starting/ending the recording.

I figured it out. I used a custom template and assign BLF button one with: keyevent F_REC
Now button one is good for recording to 3CX and show the status. It has end and start with Red LED.
