Snom D7xx series , is mic gain possible ?

Hi,
lots of people using various Snom D7xx complains about too low level when they use hands free only, is there a way to increase mic gain too a higher level ? when a call is with handset there's no problem, volume is good enough.

Snom provides Auto Gain Control which means the device should be able to boost the mic automatically.

You might have to look up Snom documentation to see if there is anything further available.

Well it's really annoying to have good audio level with handset and since you use hands free lots of people claims they can't hear you loud enough.

This is in template values and seems to be the same behavior on several D7XX models

So what you would do is work with Snom support to troubleshoot the issue. If they identify an issue or identify a better default setting you can ask them to update the 3CX template. They do that, send it to 3CX, 3CX tests and approves.
